How is Serv Connect different from sending an email with a YouTube link or texting a video?

There are several reasons…

Serv Connect offers a branding opportunity. Each video that is sent out will have the business logo and other branding elements when the customer opens their video link, they will also see the sales associates information, contacts, website and business location information.

Oftentimes when a person tries to send a longer video from one smartphone to another, the video will have a hard time sending. If it does send, the quality is usually reduced.

When sending a video with Serv Connect it is an embedded video within our platform, it is only visible to the users you choose to send it to. 

Using Serv Connect eliminates the process of creating a personalized YouTube account, waiting for videos to upload, creating a link and then sharing with your potential customers, also you risk displaying a video where your competitors can advertise and become a distraction for your prospects.

How long is the allowed video length when using Serv Connect?

The shorter the better, our standard access to the platform will not process videos over 3 minutes. To have the ability to share videos over 3 minutes contact us.

How will I know when my customer views the page or watches my video?

The moment your customer opens the page you will get both a text notification on your device and an email confirming.

Does Serv Connect work for teams?

Absolutely! You can have as many team members with user accounts as you need that all reference back to one brand or location.

Do you offer training?

Yes, remote training and onsite training is available.

Can Serv Connect integrate with our CRM?

Depending on what CRM provider you have, there may be an element of setup required.

Is there a contract?

No! Serv Connect operates on a monthly subscription, if you are unhappy with the service at any time you are free to cancel without any fees with a 30-day notice.

What is the cost to use the Serv Connect platform?

We don’t have a set rate for any one of our customers. Serv Connect is a fully customizable application, that means that you are in control of the cost. Pricing varies based on an assessment of your business, industry, required users in your team, etc.
